Not by a long shot imo. From what I've seen I'd give the edge to Uncharted 2 personally. Best graphics for a sandbox is possible, but I have to see more. A 360p video is not the best way to show graphic capabilities anyway.

I like how people bring PC talks when we talk about a CONSOLE GENERATION. PC has no generation guys, a game on PC will most likely always look better than a console game at some point. Eventhough I have yet to see a game as beautiful as Uncharted 2 on pc. ;)

Ya pc gamers dont understand that games like Crysis on pc is more technically impressive, but what makes uncharted 2 stand out is the vivid colors and the amount of detail each level has. Thats why uncharted 2 is the best looking game on consoles. Uncharted 3 will improve even more :)
