Am I the only one remembering that each PS3 is sold at a loss of over $240?
Increased shipments will just mean more losses, unless the game sales pick up significantly as well, and there haven't been any indications of that, at least as far as I know.
EDIT: Of course more manufacturing will decrease costs, but it would have to be at a better rate than happened to the 360's cost reduction.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
