How does that effect the online quality of a single game? I'm not seeing what your getting at.

Kasz216: I got tired of the people that say Wiimote is more "fun". People have right to their opinions but that is just a opinions nothing more. Please stop making it to someting solid. Looks better with. "Like I said. You'd likely want to play it on the Wii instead of the PC because some people think Wii controls are a lot more immersive and fun then the PC." There is a difference. For me there is nothing better then PC controls and porting a game to the Wii and get worse on online and controls feels like a very bad idé and it probably bomb like the PS3 version. |

If the quality of the Wii's online was good, we'd see more online games.
@ Jessman
Again, how so? How would pointing with the Wiimote be better than the analog or the mouse/keyboard combo? You've yet to give a solid reason other than it'd be fun.

I don't see any reason why they couldn't put it on Wii, heck the I was amazed the PC version could run on my laptop, so Wii would be more than powerful enough. Nor is there any real reason Valve shouldn't put it to Wii. Whatever they spent to 'Wii-ize' it they'd easily make back.
No it still won't sell well. No, it won't sell better than even the PS3 version. But Valve would get more return on investment and Wii owners would have their first 'must-own' FPS.
Will it happen? Highly unlikely, Valve are a bunch of PC snobs from what I've seen. They didn't like putting it to PS3, and porting it to the 'family fun' Wii would probably be too distasteful for them. Shame. Great game.
@Neos
My pc cant run The orange box, and its windows vista.
Stop talking $hit, because I know you like attacking the ps3 and X360.

Play Metroid Prime 3/Medal of honor heroes 2 on Wii. If you don't like it i guess it's just your personal tastes. For most people the Wii controls on FPS are wayyy better than dual analog.

@ Kasz216
Your analogy is pretty bad. What I mean is that if a developer saw that Online could be done well on the Wii, more devs would be inclined to do so. But since it isn't really done well, people don't care for it.

Here's a question, have you tried to turn down the graphics? Unless your computer compeltely sucks, Half-Life 2 has been pretty scalable. Hell, I played the CS:S beta with a freaken Geforce 4 MX video card (look at screenshots of the game in DX7 compared to DX9 to get what I'm getting at here).
