Well I must be a beast then because I did it alone.

Though my KD in MP games is never much above 1.0, so my beast abilities are single player only lol.

Halo 3 is definitely not difficult. I completed it twice, the first time through since it was my first Halo it felt difficult in tsavo highway because of really stupid friendly AI.

The second time through I started on legendary and did it with much more ease. Its not as hard as Killzone 2 on the second highest difficulty except for the cortana level which is my favourite on legendary.

Killzone 2 is definitely difficult on the highest locked difficulty but not that difficult on the unlocked difficulties. If you want to try out a hard FPS it would have to be resistance 1 and left 4 Dead 1 on expert. L4D1 on expert was very hard and you had to play with someone to complete it.

and I had much more trouble with Call of Duty 4 than with Call of Duty 2 >.>

Play it blindfolded.

Halo  Laso  on and you are gonna cry...(LASO: Legendary All Skulls On)  Extreme, especially when you die..Then you have to restart whole the level ^^';.

Thank god I never tried CoD3 on Veteran :P Just not worth it.

And still missing 3 levels in World at War :( Too scared to start Heart of the Reich.

Have you played CoD1 and Black Ops ? Would like to see them in there.

IMO Black Ops is slightly harder than MW2 (still very easy) and Call of Duty is quite hard. Usually I'm getting hit once at the beginning of the level and then I'm stuck with 25 health until the rest of the level since there aren't any medikits on veteran >.>
Would classify it right below or at the same level as World at War.

@OP its not you, but i think you should have gotten the original, it is more challenging. Try online mode, that will challenge you. Killzone2 will serve you and FPSs have gotten easier. Im playing MOH Frontline HD on hard and not having regenerating health, aim assist or even a damn on-screen rectile is killing me. especially the rectile part.

left4dead 2 cheats... you clear a room full of zombies, you turn your back and all of a sudden there back...

Killzone 3 got insanely easy as well. Gaming is coming to an end. I hate this generation.

Oh, I played the original. I also played CoD4/MW and every Halo game through ODST. I've played A BUNCH of shooters this generation. A few have been difficult (I usually play one step over medium on the first playthrough, whatever that ends up being) but most seem to slowly be getting easier and easier. Considering that at one point I used to play Counter-Strike competitively but there were moments where games like Half-Life or AvP completely kicked my ass, I know it's not because I'm some sort of FPS champion of the world (and certainly not with a controller).

I think developers are dumbing down a lot of console shooters to appeal to a wider audience.
