Folklore is the best. Anyone who denies it is a fanboy. Anyone that can deny it using logic, should be considered a genius and should have his venture endeavours funded by the respective Government of his or her homeland.
Beat that bitches.
Ok, so I seriously went through the videos and here are my thoughts.
God of War 3: I keep forgetting how good GOW 3 looks and how many times my jaw would tend to drop, those textures are incredible and the character models and scale are out of this world.
Uncharted 2: I laughed several times throughout that video. The walls look amazing. The grass doesn't look as good as I remember, but that may have just been that scene, because I remember the earlier jungle scenes looking amazing. Animations are the best in the biz.
Killzone 2: I just finished 3 last night and I'm surprised at how clean Killzone 2 looks, which is surprising because I remember everything being grittier. The small destruction effects look crazy and overall it looks really nice.
Killzone 3: That snow scene was amazing. I was shocked when I got up to the Jet pack area and I had to jump between the glaciers, it looked unbelievable. Overall, I thought the game had levels that looked incredible, but then a couple that was kinda of just above average. The incredible levels looked ridiculous though. The amount of things going on in the game is what blew me away, the particle effects, the lighting, the huge robots, the explosions, falling buildings, flying space carriers and the environments were bigger than I remember them being in Killzone 2. AI is also smart as hell.
Crysis 2: It's the only one I haven't played, so I may be more critical or give too much praise for the wrong things. I also didn't like the video you linked and so I watched a day light video from Gamespot instead. The game looks really clean, which is different and unique in it's own way, especially when compared to all these other games which contain their own amount of grit (except maybe Uncharted). The ground looks really good, gun model looks crazy good, the boss models look really good, lighting is really good, indoor environments look amazing and the map is a really good size.
The problems: Some pop up issues, the frame rate got a little jumpy during some heated gun fights, the standard enemy character models aren't that impressive, environments look really bland (might just be the video I watched) and the AI didn't seem that bright. These issues may be small when I finally get to play the game, but then again, I might even find more things wrong with it. It's an incredible looking game.
Judging from my experiences with the games and the videos you showed, I'd probably pick Killzone 3 or God of War 3, mainly because those games are rock solid in terms of performance and they both look amazing. Crysis 2 definently looks better than Killzone 2 and I think it may even surpass Killzone 3 when I play it, but that's hinging on how it performs and how well it looks on my own TV.
