Answer: When Gears of War 4 appears exclusively on the PS3.

Other than that, not in the next 18months.

Outsell it for several months : 100$ price cut.

Outsell it for one week : Maybe SOCOM 4 / Twisted Metal / Uncharted 3 release.

Only when consumers in the US become as wise as consumers in Europe and Japan.  A 54 percent failure rate(http://www.tgdaily.com/games-and-entertainment-features/43661-claim-xbox-360-plagued-by-a-54-percent-failure-rate) is unacceptaple but for some reason people in the US keep buying that piece of crap machine.  I got the RROD on my 360 at 3 years 3 months and I don't plan on getting it fixed, not when my PS3 and Wii are still running strong.

But 360 will comeback outselling PS3 in the last months of the year.
