Besides, I heard you were inactive, just going by what I heard. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have hired you if you were just approving database queues.

I imagin with 3.0 launching soon, you should put more effort in.

I started losing interest from 2.0 tbh.... though I still posted and visited a lot back then.

All I was really interested in were the sales figures, the chat about sales figures, and checking out other bits of game discussion in the forums.

Since 2.0 it started to be about the articles and the game reviews, neither of which I care about (I didn't and don't visit other gaming sites for them so them so them being here "in one place" doesn't really appeal to me) And the new kid on the block: GamrTV is also not particularly interesting. I've been on it only about 4 times since it launched, and while I do think it is the best looking part of the website (probably because it is not so busy), when I do want to watch a video of a game (rare) i'll check youtube to avoid the 1.5 minutes of ads on the vids here.

I'm looking forward to the revision of gamrconnect which is presumably due soon, as if I have understood what has been said about it correctly, it should provide me the option of filtering the forums and news articles as I want to as well as have the basic sales info on some kind of custom homepage. (perhaps it won't quite match those lofty expectations but it still sounded good from what ioi has said). Though the sales data available and graphing tools are probably not going to come back

You asked me if I submited stuff to the database anymore nothing about approving submissions???, which is true it has been a while, I ended up working all this winter and usually I have a few months off. But I was hired to approve submissions in the queue thats the job of a Database Admins, thats the purpose of the purple name, it's just usually the people that submit the most stuff in the database gets hired, mostly because it get's hard for others to keep approving hundreds of submissions by the same person so if the guy becomes a DB Admins then he can approve his own work makes things easier on the rest.

Who said I was inactive, sure I'm not on VG Chartz 12 hours a day but I do what I can with the time that I have. Also yes that was part of the of the reason I was hired. At the time the database was fucked up a lot of stuff got deleted and I ended up doing a shit ton of work and basically there were so many submissions by people helping out and since I contributed a big deal that they needed new DB Admins to help approve some submissions so they hired me instead of having to go over all the submissions I was sending in and because I helped out so much before. I don't think you understand the job of DB Admins...
