I didn't plau on consoles much then, but I remember being really impressed with Silent Hill 3 graphically. Bit of a different style from Conker, mind, so hard to really compare.

Both SH2 and SH3 were quite impressive graphically for the PS2. I'd say those, Conker, and GT4 are among the upper eschelons of 6th gen graphics.

I miss that fur technique from last gen, it made grass and stuff look really nice (Dragon Quest 8, Shadow of the Collosus, Star Fox?), it should come back!
