look at UNcharted DF, its still technically one of the most advanced and beautiful games out there, i dont think many, if any multiplats beat it out

Recent games such as Enslaved or Castlevania look better and older games like Resident Evil 5 or Batman Arkham Asylum also look better.

so make your own list instead bitching about others opinion.

I'm not denying that DF is a beautiful game but I was simply wondering the reasons as to why it's so high on people's list.

I'm also wondering why Flower is on no one's list.

LOL I forgot Flower... it is so beautiful. Uncharted got me when I saw the outside submarine view (in game and playable).

Flower deverves the mention here.

yes, especially when you get on top of the cliff behind the water fall, and you can see the sunset casting rays on the sub, its just so beautiful.

also all the levels underground in the catacombs look magnificent, such great lighting and art work

That's not true technically. Uncharted 1 has a great combination of HDR lighting, anti-aliasing in high definition with very detailed textures that still holds up very well from a technical perspective compared to any multi-platform title today.

Naughty Dog: "At Naughty Dog, we're pretty sure we should be able to see leaps between games on the PS3 that are even bigger than they were on the PS2."

Sadly this is probably true and would be like me saying that Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is better graphically than any of the games in bold print.
