Nope with the PS3 on a fire streak this year there's no way in hell I can slow down.

Not just the PS3 though, there are tons of games for 360, PC, DS, and even PSP that I got to get.

that is the most ridiculous list of games ive ever seen, all supposed to be releasing this year although im sure some things will change.  Holiday 2011 is going to be more jam packed than ever before as well, my goodness this is crazy!  What I try to do is keep it to one new release per month, although even thats a little bit difficult.  On this list alone are about 17 day one purchases for me, which seems way too high but thats speaking to the quality of releases this year.  I have been trying to evaluate my purchases much more than before, making sure I dont drop 65 bucks on a game just to get rid of it a month later.  I did this with ac brotherhood and black ops, both series are getting stale for me and I cant justify purchasing either one this year.  With so many new games coming out, I really have to try and weed out the best of the best so I dont make the same mistake I do every year and end up with a few untouched, unopened games that i purchased 2 months ago because I have enough on my plate already.  Moderation man, moderation.

Which are the 17 day one?

Also thats just the games we know of being released this year. What about the Nintendo and Microsoft games that they are holding back for E3. Then their all the other games announced at E3 it seems that almost every year these days is yet another massive year for gaming.

I can't wait to see what Nintendo and Microsoft have yet to announce for this fall/winter!

Pretty sure you are going to be disapointed with MSes annoucements, best case senario 2 kinect games that will release by the end of the year that we don't know about, MS just doesn't have the devs

Well I bet I will too, their is a project coming from Rare which I hope is Banjo , Conker or Perfect Dark. But since they just fired most of Rare's art team it sounds like the studio might be going from creating games to apps. I wish Microsoft tried to revive Rare. Or Microsoft could at least out source some of Rare's IPs to other internal studio's or maybe even liscense it to a third party like Nintendo did with StarFox and Donkey Kong.

Even if rare was working on one of those they don't have the manpower to get it done by the end of the year and you know MS is going to be making them work on kinect titles, so yeah, end of 2012 outside chance, 2011 no chance
