Remember kids, in DNF speak, 2008 translates to roughly 2018. Duke Nukem Forever = Playstation 6 and Xbox 1440 multiplat. There will be a spinoff on the Wiiiii though.

Also, dschumm your sig is stupid. Just thought I'd let you know.  Not to say that Duke Nukem Forever isn't going to absolutely suck, but delays to an extent can certainly help a game.  For example:  Brawl was delayed to add Sonic and online play.  Both were not in the "original intended content or quality level."  Duke Nukem Forever has been delayed Forever because the developers suck.  Delays can be good.

I say Ventrilo Harassment was the cause for bringing the Duke Nukem hype all over the net and thus why the developers decided to finish develping the game!

But why have I only heard comparisons of Duke to Schwarzenegger? He actually looks like an amalgamation of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis.

Also, for those people that are complaining that it's only prerendered CGI, there's actually a second movie that's supposed to have in game footage. I almost missed it myself.

Duke Nukem Forever is the only game which has a name that describes its development time.

If they manage to release it in 2008 Ill be impressed, that must be about 10 years of dev?

I don't like how at the ending it said "STAY TUNED"....

I have been staying tuned to this shit for the past couple of years, is this some type of teaser to hold us off for the next couple of years?

I hope not, I really want to see what this game can do.....

I don't think its so much as the developers suck nazna, because 3DRealms have had many collaborations in the past few years, and just haven't had the time or resources to devote to their own game. It appears they have refocused their attention on finally getting DNF out the door now, so it might really be coming soon. 3D Realms aren't shitty devs though, especially considering how many people come to them for help/collaboration on their own games.

I hope we'll not have to wait 4 years for another trailer...
