I think Sega saw the fanmade video on youtube and decided to throw in the towel, i cant say i really want Episode 2 after seeing the fan video myself. but Ep1 wasnt a bad attempt, just not a great attempt either.

Maybe Sonic Team wants Episode 2 to be exceptionally great to compensate for how lack luster Episode 1 was.

If its more the same, people who hated Episode 1 surely won't buy Episode 2.

By the way, I thought there was only going to be two episodes. That would be about the length of the original Sonic games.
