Did you have Jill defect to the fast-lane or not? Also, how did you get Oliver all the way up?

Question 1: What does that even mean?

Question 2: I used him in the Final, of course.

Move Jill over to the Greil Mercenaries, i.e. "the fast lane"

There is no benefit in moving Jill over. Also, it's fun to kill a 20/20/20 Soren in Part III, chapter 13. Gives a lot of EXP.

Do you strip them all ahead of time? (though that's hard to do, unless you do some weapons trading at the very tail end of 3-11
