There is no benefit in moving Jill over. Also, it's fun to kill a 20/20/20 Soren in Part III, chapter 13. Gives a lot of EXP.

Do you strip them all ahead of time? (though that's hard to do, unless you do some weapons trading at the very tail end of 3-11
