I bought GT5 Prologue for about £3 Preowned.

Just to say...

i bought ME2 for PS3 cause honestly I dont have a PC strong enough to run it well and I dont fell like spending money to get one or a 360 just for 1 or 2 games, that being said, im loving it and I see what all the fuss was about. Im not trying to make excuses for ME2 on PS3 but has anyone ever considered that maybe EA just didnt ship out alot?? I mean we had an article on this very sight not 48 hours ago with Bioware themselves saying that they were getting reports of the game selling out in some stores. Why would they lie about that???

ME2 sold 100k this week and it isn't a mega franchise like GT and is a much bigger download at a much bigger price than GT5P was.

So then we can easily say it isn't a flop or anything, can't we?

Look at the BioShock example I posted earlier. BioShock opened up to much less than ME2 on PS3... Yet BioShock went on to sell a fairly decent amount of units. BioShock 2 did even better.

The whole reason I joined in the whole ME2 sales debate was because of this post. I'm pretty sure you'll agree it's uncalled for (And bullshit).

We're playing bad and we're still 3rd in the league haha. As for funds... It's not like we need any really. We've spent loads already ¬_¬ He's loaning now more than anything.

No.  You're not grateful.  Bioware should go full on Soup Nazi on you and just cancel the PS3 version of ME3.  It's just not worth it.

I just want to point you towards BioShock. A non-Story driven game, multiple GotY Awards for the Year it released. Etc.

Week 1/Lifetime on the 360 - 564k/2.64M
Week 1/Lifetime on the PS3 - 65k/800k

Okay. They should have totally kept BioShock 2 as a 360 Exclusive. It's pointless putting it on the PS3! It will just flop, it's just not worth it! Oh wait...

Week 1/LTD on the 360 - 559k/1.7M
Week 1/LTD on the PS3 - 270k/950k

I'm sure 2K Games are absolutely gutted about how the PS3 versions Performed. That's why Bioshock Infinite isn't on the PS3 at all. Oh wait again...

I might aswell also add that the ratio the the 360 version has outsold the PS3 version is way off, as ME2 on the 360 is hugely overtracked here. Hugely.

I see your point.  For the record, I'm not calling for cancelling the PS3 version of ME3.  If you check my post history here, from the moment it was announced for the PS3 I have been championing PS3 owners that haven't had a chance to play it to feel really privileged to have this gem of a game come there way.

I in no way, though, expected it to sell THAT bad WORLDWIDE.  Those are like Japanese numbers for a western game launch or something.  It's just disappointing to me.

Only possible redeeming viewpoint for me would be if this is more of a sign that the majority of PS3 owners in Americas and EMEAA also game on the 360 and PC and played it already.  If so (which I doubt), that still doesn't bode well for ME3 sales on the PS3.
