Well the whole "BECAUSE OF HACKING WE NO LET U NO PLAY GAME ONLINE KK?" might have something to do with it...

They will not do this anytime soon. The game is just 3 months old, and is still selling well, not to mention it would hurt the next CoD sales on the ps3, although it could boost the 360 sales by a lot.

If it does happen I wonder how it will affect sales for the next Call of Duty on PS3....

Bobby Kottick will not throw away 10 Million potential sales.

Call of Duty's main pull is the online mode. When 10 Million people will buy Black Ops (Or the next Call of Duty) on PS3, he isn't going to throw that away.

developers way not customers, this will change developers minds about releasing certain things on ps3 imo. Activision may not release the new one on ps3 if this is in fact going to happen. Just a theory obviously

Oh man they should do it! I'm bored enough of them as it is. This sounds similar to when they were threatening to pull support for Sony during the whole Slim rumor thing.

Though I'm curious, how much of plain old extreme hacking as it is Call of Duty's itself and such leaving Activision no way to do anything about it?

It will be very stupid if they do that and they will not let go of the potential sales, ps3 user base is not small as it used to be to easily ignore.

and IF these guys actually do that, it will look bad on them and they will lose millions of sales cuz of it. Not a fan of the company but doubt they are that stupid
