This isn't whinging this is a totally valid discussion:

can you not see that 'You are the controller' and 'Your body is the controller' aren't extremely similar? And they are being used by two rival companies for products that are also extremely similar.

IMO Sony would have already looked into suing microsoft but due to lack of copyright couldn't find the grounds.

Why would Sony sue Microsoft. It would serve them no purpose. People seem to think Sony and Microsoft are enemies but they collaborate in more areas than they compete. In fact the gaming industry is the only area where they do compete.

the same reason why Apple didn't sue Sony for using: "this changes everything" in their Move ads
you can't claim every sentence as a tagline.. it's actually pretty hard to claim taglines..
