Hey, EntilZha...Just curious...What HR are you? (You were HR58 last time I saw you, I think)

And what was everyone's defense the first time they went up against Alatreon or Jho?

I had the full Rathalos set, Defence up (M) and all the enhancements, including armorstone and gems for the slots. So around 500 I think. But failed badly.

I have not played much, and my HR is still 58. I had a defence of around 370 when I went up against Ala, but I was with two others that had HR levels of 168 and 200 if I remember correctly. It took us almost all the time allowed to bring it down. I had lots of extra health potions with me and I still died once.

Oh darn..... I'd definitely better be working on another set, then. My set will have 360 def. when it's all done, but that's not nearly enough. Maybe an Uragaan+ set would suffice. I really hate farming Uragaan, though.

Having a high defence is great, but lower is okay if you can dodge and weave and avoid getting hit too often. If you like to use the lance, try an Elder Babel Spear. It adds +24 to your defence. That should help. Also, if you want, Seth and I can help you with Ala. We are not that high in HR, but just the two of us have been able to knock Ala over several times. Add a third player, and we might just have enough to take him out. We should be online Tuesday at 6pm Central.

I won't be able to make it tonight (gotta' work), and my Urgent's not up yet since I'm only HR48. I'm just preparing myself for it. Thanks for the offer of help, though! I'll be free tomorrow, so I'll catch you around if any of you happen to be on (possibly).
