Lol, no kidding? *sarcastic* I realize that most people CAN afford all systems...I just give my sympathy to those that can't. All I'm saying is that I'm a supporter of all consoles because I'm a true Gamer and think each console has some DAMN FUN games...it's a win/win for those that can put aside their "fluff" bias and enjoy all three....And my "unreliable" MS hardware has served me problem free since launch--and I'm thrilled Sony included blu-ray because HD movies are great (I own over 60 blu-rays) AND I truly believe blu-ray will be GREAT for gaming this generation.... Why wouldn't someone want to enjoy or AT LEAST EXPERIENCE Super Mario Galaxy, Zelda, Metroid Prime, Dragon Quest, Ratchet & Clank, God of War, Final Fantasy XIII, Little Big Planet, MGS4, Lost Odyssey, Halo, Blue Dragon, & Mass Effect??? I'm just saying I truly feel sorry for all the brain washed biased fanboys that CHOOSE to miss out in being WELL ROUNDED GAMERS because the "other" console has poor graphics, or is for kids, or is promoting "propaganda," or is too expensive, or is "unreliable," or is for graphic whores, or blah, blah, blah... Anyhow...I just feel sorry for fanboys that miss out on experiencing the fantastical magic of each system...it's blessedly beautiful. Prejudice can TRULY be a blinding insanity.

When I was a kid, I just happened to be a raving Nintendo fanboy. Then I grew up.

It does'nt mean I stopped playing Nintendo made games. I would be a total moron to miss out on the latest Mario's, Zelda's and Metroid's.

But I would also be a moron to miss out on the MGS games, RE games(which originally debuted on non-nintendo platforms), the Tekken franchise and so on.

Yes, and thank god I invested in the DC and bought the original Soul Calibur!

First, I was just giving common examples of why people don't like various systems not ones that necessarily pertain to you or me.

Second, I wouldn't go around calling everyone's bias "fluff". Now I could easily argue, either side really, the point about blu ray being a trojan or how MS has shoddy workmanship. But if someone believes that blu ray is not needed and thus only a gambit to use gaming to push a movie format, or that MS used cheap parts to push their untested system out the door to get a heads up and thus potentially ruining the previous standards of quality in consoles. Then their reasons for not buying something wich THEY view as hazardous to gaming is anything but "fluff".

God no, I don't think I could live with just 360 or Wii games.

I like Nintendo more than any other company. Nostalgia, I guess. Still, I'll be damned if a great game comes out, and a bias makes me not play it! I'm loyal to my hobby, not any particular company.

I'm so loyal to Nintendo that I would never buy a Sony TV, sound system, computer etc. I even say bad things about their products quality haha (not that I need to... they speak for themselves ;>)

I'm a fan of sony as my favourite games happen to be on sony systems,if the games jumped ship,I'd switch in a heartbeat.
