xD. Definitely not. I, and, fortunately, most Nintendo fans, hate racing sims.

If they wanna make another racer, make it "Nintendo All-Stars Racing", :D.

Or this, actually, :);

Perhaps there would be a market that would buy a racing sim on the Wii. All I know is I would not be a part of it, and would quite happily ignore it, just like every other racing sim in existence.
