I think is in-game or real time or whatever. Of course the details are better than the demo, but it was that: just a demo. Wait for a new trailer.

If the game is the same as the demo, Skyward Sword is officially out of the Zelda series and goes to the Celda CD-i Series, where no one will know it even exist. :/

What are you talking about? low textures, flat surfaces? i think the graphics look great!
