OK, thats about as disgusting as it gets IMO. How anyone could think this was a good idea to even try is beyond me.
America really isn't a country that excells in really strange or odd foods.
Unhealthy? Sure. But I can't think of anything, outside of pig/cow testicles that are too odd.

Trinidad - Black Pudding, which sounds similar to the Blood sausage mentioned here. It's pig's blood wrapped in intestine and it tastes really good TBH (with plenty pepper).
Patchounie, which is basically goat guts. I don't eat it but it's pretty popular.
Cow tongue, manicou, rabbit, tattoo (armadillo).
Hard to say what "Canadian food" really is. I guess fast food like hot dogs and hamburgers.

It's 'blodpølse' in danish, which translates to blood sausage. Shoot me all you want! 
Morcilla: Rice put inside the tripes of the pigs, after having cleaned the tripes very carefully to avoid infectation.

Anything cow related would be extremely disgusting in India, so you Americans can say your beef is disgusting haha.

and it's "Blutwurst" in German which also translates to "Blood Sausage"
...actually in Austria we call it "Blunzn" which also is the word for "Stupid Woman", but i'll stand next to Rainbird to be shot in honor!
