Morcilla: Rice put inside the tripes of the pigs, after having cleaned the tripes very carefully to avoid infectation.
Cui: A rodent that looks like a huge ass rat. Tastes like chicken.
Chicken's heart: Chicken's heart.
Cow Tongue: Cow Tongue.
Anything cow related would be extremely disgusting in India, so you Americans can say your beef is disgusting haha.
