Its at 3.2 million with untracked black friday sales and its only been 8 months since release...I reckon it'd keep selling for some time and 5 million is definitely possible.

Sony have shipped 147.6 Million PS2's to retail. VGChartz figures have the PS2 at about 138.3 Million units sold to consumers.

This would mean that there would be about 9 Million brand new PS2's on store shelves around the world. Which as we know... Isn't possible. I'm not sure why our numbers are like they are, but I think it has something to do with countries VGChartz don't yet have the ability to track.

The best thing to do though with the DS/PS2 thing is to wait for the DS to outship the PS2. That way then we know for sure it's 100% Official. We will get the confirmation from Nintendo and maybe even Sony. Will happen within 6 Months. Probably even before the 3DS releases!

It sold 2.5 million in 2 and a half months, its sold 600,000 since then. Its the winter season and it only sold 18,000 last week. 4 million is possible, 5 million will never happen.

Well you doubt wrong, you dont know what the PC are like here, its not a school, Libarys are very tight when it comes to security more than youd imagine for a place that gives out free books. They do all have different IPs i know it for a fact because ive been IP banned off of another site and just signed up again on the PC next to it.

Even still, I don't even compare hand helds to consoles given with the equipment itself plus addons and games... they come to only what... 1/4 the cost of a console?  I'd compare it more to iphones and stuff like that.  But that's just me.  If the Wii manages to outsell the PS2, then that would be big news.

Well done Wii for cracking 1 million, before even the Japan numbers come through, and DS too, but that's hardly surprising.

Kinect is beast, but it's basically doing nothing about eating into Wii's holiday performance. Came close to getting 360 over the 900K mark WW for the week, still might with adjustments. 600K for 360 is a powerful lot of of sales.

Glad to see sports Champs/Move trundling along with a credible 120K for BF. GT5 number slightly less than what I was expecting, but in the same ballpark.

411K for PS3 is exactly (almost) what I expected for BF in NA. Pitey the rest of the world is gonna come up short for the week.
