I agree.  I don't know why PS3 doesn't sell as well.  For instance I think we can all agree that Resistance 2 should sell twice as many copies as MOH and yet...

 

What I stated is just my guess.  I think the "Problem" is:

10% Early Blue-Ray adopters

30% Bad marketing/Not a well established IP  (This is largely fixed now)

60% Too many games to choose from (This is a good thing IMO, I get more quality games)



Prediction for console Lifetime sales:

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

You're not serious right? Halo was one of the first if not the first Sci fi shooters to hit it big time like it did(Mahusive sales, popularity etc), one can even go as far as to say that it's the daddy of all sci fi shooters, except for maybe the Doom who is just the king of gaming as a whole. So going by your statement, Killzone, Resistance are all borderline lame for similar plot of fighting the aliens? Sometimes you amaze, not in a good way.

 

And Yes I completely agree Puggsly, blatant bait topic if I've ever seen one.
