they also screwed the eu version. they gave it only to few selected retailers, with the result that a couple of months after launch it's still almost impossible to find the game (i'm talking about the wii version) in europe

So that is why i haven't seen it anywhere. I have seen the HD-version though

Considering how EA handled it it was destined to fail. They did everything in their might to make sure it would bomb hard. Why they bothered to make the game at all is beyond me...

That explains it, here in the U.K I've only seen it in HMV and nowhere else.  That can't have helped sales

I find this funny

I have no clue why it failed, especially since it did pretty well critically. I'm just going to go with the answer that never wins me any popularity contests: gamers are IDIOTS. There, I said it.

Look, core games don't sell on wii

Blame it on the wii crowd, never on the editor, oh no never.

-HD users don't get a career mode

I believe this is incorrect: the planned digital version was going to exclude it, but the ultimate retail version contains all the features of the Wii version, plus online play.

Okay, here's my revised three point list:

- Wii doesn't have online.

- Career mode sucks.

- At this point, nobody knows what features the game has or whether it's a disc, or a bonus on a disc, or a downloadable title. A confused customer is a customer who spends money on something else.

Why it sucks? I'd like to know because I played it yesterday with a friend and I had a lot of fun. I'm seriuosly considering to buy it but I only played it for a few matches. Still a lot of fun for me.

Castlevania Judgment FC:     1161 - 3389 - 1512

3DS Friend Code:   3480-2746-6289

Wii Friend Code: 4268-9719-1932-3069

It's a great game if you loved the original. I think the major problems were:

1) Price - You can't just go around charging $50 for a game that you promised would be free with a $60 game even if it has remix tour and online and what not.

2) Advertising - Never seen any advertising for this game at all

3) Timed Exclusive - Might have sold better if released on all platforms at once? Then again that might have killed the Wii sales.

The Price is defenitely the worst factor. Should have been at $30 or even $20.

It's just that simple.
