Forums - Nintendo - The DS turns 6 today in North America! Happy birthday!

I get to make both topics! X3 Anyway, happy birthday to the DS! I got my original DS Phat in May of 2005, then it broke, and so I traded it in for a free Electric Blue one in June of 2006. I've played my DS Phat so much it's battery life is less than 45 minutes. I got my DSi in May 2009. My 2 brothers and my sister all have a DSL, so we have 5 DS systems in the house. lol I love the DS!

Happy birthday DS, you've given me thousands of hours of play and for this I salute you.

Pixel Art can be fun.

Nice.

Easily one of the very best systems ever, and with one the single most diverse libraries, too.

I have a launch DS phat, and battery life although being reduced, is still ok. It lasts for 6~7 hours.

You misused your DS =P
