One more thing:

This piece of crap was capable of online gaming everywhere with a 3G connection.

And your point is?

Because this piece of crap already had 3D screen:

But that was 15 years ago and you don't have to shove 3DS on your face when you can just freely look at it with no awkward moments.

LOL!

Atto Suggests...:

Book - Malazan Book of the Fallen series

Game - Metro Last Light

TV - Deadwood

Music - Forest Swords

None of these matter in the end.

Above: still the best game of the year.

PSP did have online connection again you guys are slow.

We're talking about a 3( or 4)g connection......

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

I think it'd be great if the PSP2 can connect to online gaming as simple as the home consoles.  Everytime i play on my PSP and scroll thru the XMB i keep thinking i have a friends list at the end of it but i dont.  If the PSP2 had a friends list n works exactly like the PS3 then i would love it.  The PSP2 doesnt have to even be well more advance than the 3DS but if they can market the crap out of online gameplay it would definitely sell. ...but then the issue of battery usage lol

If it had a 3D screen instead of 3D goggles that gave users a headache, it would have been a success.

My point is: Even if PSP2 has a 4G connection, it won't be a deciding factor if the console can't counter 3DS's line up.

And at this point, I wonder how someone can counter the 3DS lineup.

oh ouch, burn.

OT - I think the mobile market place is drastically different then it was even 5 years ago.  the rise of the smartphone is killing the market for dedicated devices everywhere from GPS to music players to e-readers.   i personlly don't see the game market going any different and that is going to be the weak point of the 3DS imo.  sony would be smart to make the psp2 a phone, there isn't going to be as big of a dedicated mobile gaming market in the future and nintendo will probably claim all of that market.

almost! i would say, they should make that feature optional.

keeping the cost down on a basic handheld device, but if you want to you can upgrade to smartphone and online gaming.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

lol.. the Iphone has online 3g gaming.... anyway if it's in it.. it gonna be expensive to get a data plan subscription only with your phone provider with data cap.. they are already ripping us of with the tablet data plan subscriptions.. I pay like 20 dollar per gb for my ipad..

In most of EU countries though you don't have any data caps. Only speed cap. Could be pretty big feature in EU.
