Racism in some forms (such as name-calling) only exist as long as people want to be offended by that sort of comment.

However, the fact remains that the woman should not of struck the mail carrier. She should be charged with assault and put in jail. Not because it was racist, but because it was assault. As soon as we don't see crime for being white-on-black or black-on-white, and merely view justice as colorblind, the sooner we can put racism behind us. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't want that to happen.

 There are racist people out there yet they are often smart enough not to say it out loud. I saw a Doc where someone went undercover for a few years trying to bust a racist church group. The man said all their hatred was getting to him. They were very careful in who they talk to. If they found out he was working undercover they would have killed him. Thankful they were successful in arrest the leader and bust up the group.

Pisses me off that this woman got away with this too.....

I got really angry after watching that, mainly because of the end result. Doesn't seem like there's justice there at all. Are there some factors we don't know about?

before i make this statement, i overall believe the woman is in the wrong and had no right calling the fellow those names.  in these situations however, it is important to view both sides of the story no matter how ugly or unrightesous.  does anyone else think that after her first insult he begins antagonizing her?  i mean if i delivered mail to someone as crazy as her id just take the letter and go instead of continually arguing with an idiot (someone has a signature about arguing with an idiot, i just want to give that person credit)

First of all IQ should have nothing to do with education, IQ is a test of a persons innate intelligence.

Secondly it has been shown that IQ exams are extremely tailored towards specific demographics and that IQ is a very ineffective way of gaging a persons intelligence. There have been plenty of different IQ exams created and each one can give a different result.

Don't just read a few articles on wiki and think your an expert on the matter.

Also since you seem to be pretty ignorant to the situation, immigrants from Africa to the US are one of the most educated demographics in America, more so than white people.
