Racist Crazy Lady Slaps Mail Carrier, Lectures Him About IQ and Gets Him Fired

before i make this statement, i overall believe the woman is in the wrong and had no right calling the fellow those names.  in these situations however, it is important to view both sides of the story no matter how ugly or unrightesous.  does anyone else think that after her first insult he begins antagonizing her?  i mean if i delivered mail to someone as crazy as her id just take the letter and go instead of continually arguing with an idiot (someone has a signature about arguing with an idiot, i just want to give that person credit)
