I don't see any ads for UDraw anywhere, and no commercials either. I am planning on getting and supporting UDraw this Holiday but is anybody else? Do you plan on buying it? Have you seen any ads?

pushed back to wii plus, maybe?
It's too bad. It was a great peripheral back in the day. It's due for a comeback.

It should die. Looked horrid and I doubt any other games would use it. If an rts would use that peripheral, though, that would be boss.

I wasn't aware it was coming this Christmas.
No, I don't want one and I don't see any unique and compelling gameplay with this either, apart of some sort of Pictionary, which again, I don't see interest in.

THQ apparently have quite a few games lined up for it. The hands-on have been pretty good.
I'm interested.
Due next week in the US and February in PAL.
Yes.

It has more than one game, and we've already posted a preview of three of them:

If you don't live in America then you shouldn't know yet since it doesn't come out until Early 2011...but if you do live in America then you are just proving my point because it comes out next Sunday in America and nobody even knows it exists.
THQ said that they have a long term plan for UDraw and that they will continue to release new games for it even in 2013. They also said that they were working on a multi-million $ marketing thing for it but where is it?
They will market on release not necessarily before. This is how Nintendo advertise these days.
Yes.

So weird :/ Anyways i still dont see the big deal
Well its a third party peripheral. It will push 100k I bet maybe 200k life time sales. Unless Nintendo suddenly suprises everyone and releases a game for it, in which case it could break a million. But Nintendo won't do that since THQ is releasing the peripheral.
I see it going the way of UbiSoft's camera which UbiSoft said would rival Kinect. Yah one louzy game and never heard of the device again. THQ will release a few games and they may sell moderatly but the device will get burried.
Also don't expect to see a big ad campaign. Remember Deadly Creatures? THQ said it was their big Wii title and the hardcore would go mad. They said they were going to advertise the shit out of it and that it was going to sell in big volumes.
Well THQ's big gun, their highly advertised (Well they said it was) sold only 170k world wide. THQ deemed it a massive failure. I bet U-Draw will meet the same fate unless other publishers and developers support it in bigger numbers.
