I don't know why, but main theme of Epic Mickey reminds me of the underwater bgm from SMB, the haunting variation reminds me of Harry Potter's score/Luigi's Mansion. It's just, I don't know, so wimsical about it.

It definitly captured the atmosphere of what Koji Kondo, Kazumi Totaka (and successors) does in their works.

Jajaja, just browsing through amazon I passed through this curious looking accessory. It's useless for me, but I think I want one!!!

I personally wouldn't spend money on it, but I can see how many Disney fans would definitely do that.

Fwahahaha!!! I thought they would do that with the Wiimote, not the nunchaku! It's still looks cool, got to give them props for that!

Wow, this game really looks better all the time. Unfortunately, there are too many other games higher on my list of priorities over this one, DCK, Black Ops, Fallout New Vegas, etc.. But I will eventually pick this one up for sure, maybe during the slow period of early next year.

I do like to hear how they are trying to bring in an emphasis of great, atmospheric music. I think the aspect of great music in games is one that is highly overlooked. For my money at least, most of the great games have outstanding music. Secret of Mana, Mario RPG, Mario 3, Oblivion, Donkey Kong Country, etc. Games are very much about atmosphere and being taken into a "ride" so to speak, and music is one of the key tools that accomplishes it. Just look at Star Wars for instance. I really believe much of its popularity came from its epic soundtrack, which added to the rich lore of the universe.

 I also appreciate the 2D sidescrolling elements, which most developers have abandoned these days.  Wii needs more third party games like this!

I am looking forward this game too.

 Sonic colors, DK & mickey, I already made my preorders for those three... Such a busy/nice month I would have ahead of me...

God damn the holidays. Waaaay too many games this year.

OT, but Sonic Colors is the one secretly turning out better than everyone expected.   I almost can't believe it, but it looks like we're getting the first legitimately great Sonic platformer in like a decade.

ok so it started out that sonic was above expectations after E3 and late august.. now recently i've been watching the behind the scenes videos for epic mickey, and that blew meaway!! Then the euphoria of trailer releases for DKCR... i mean wow!! :P I cant wait to get all 3 games :D
