Pasta, Pizza, French cooking in general, and, to top it off, Haggis. Really, how could Europe not score top marks? It has all the best cheese, all the best wine, and more extras than you can shake a stick at. I mean, any food-grouping that includes all Russian, German, Polish, French, Italian, Hungarian, Greek, Turkish, Spanish, and Scandinavian foods, deserves, well, everything. And I've not even touched all the awesome Balkan foods. Or Belgian chocolate. Or Yorkshire Puddings. Or... well, you get the idea. Europe for the easy win. Asia comes second, but a distant second for me.

what's yorkshire puddings? lol

add beef, gravy, proper mash potato, roast potatoes and other veg. they are really nice. :) as the name says they originated from Yorkshire which is a county in England. not after the dog. wonder if the dog got its name from there?

stop me if I am bias
I love a good civilised debate (but only if we can learn something).

I love my pizza, so I had to go with north america.

Are you kidding me? Pizza is italian.

I'm not. Pizza is very american. Although the first pizza may have been italian, americans have reinventied it. Chicago style, new york style, californian style, just to name a few. Pizza is also a very big part of american food. Look into it, american pizza is very different from italian. But what can i say i work at a pizza parlour and will soon open my own, of course I love it. Just because a food originated somewhere else does not mean that americans can't change it to fit their flavour, and that is what most american cuisine is, a good mix of evcerything else. I think that is what people mean by america does it all. Even at my pizza place we have a teriyaki chicken pizza (no red sauce) a pesto pizza (no red sauce). There are many places that combine different styles to create their own unique flavors.

Where in America will you open your pizza parlor? Would love to try some new creations.

Gotta love the USA for its diversity of pizzas. We put litterally anything on 'em.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

I fucking love pizza. I'm eating Papa John's right now with spicy sausage, pepperoni, and extra cheese. It's awesome.

Kimi wa ne tashika ni ano toki watashi no soba ni ita

Itsudatte itsudatte itsudatte

Sugu yoko de waratteita

Nakushitemo torimodosu kimi wo

I will never leave you

It's very difficult to awnser objectively a question like that, the only way to really know it's to travel all the world for a vary long time. As an italian, it seems more natural to me to say italy, but thera are many other dishes from outside europe that I like and don't know enough about like Indian,Thai,Chinese and Japanese.

From what I know I'll say more specifically south-europe; Italian, spanish, greek and french are my favourites.

Mexican food > all

It's not to criticize, but you made some imprecise assumptions. Anyone can make it's own version of pizza to fit his tastes, in italy it's not different, for example I know a turkish resturant that makes pizza kebab. There are about 10/15 "standard" types of pizza you can find anywere but any resturant has also many of it's own varieties, also anywere you go you can choose the ingredients you want on your pizza from vegetables,to cheese, to ham, to fries, to fish. (the pesto pizza for example is quite common here too,), particular sausages and chocolate are not common (beacause people generally don't ask for them) but you can also choose them in some places if you want.

Asia tied with Europe, they're both really really good.

I voted for Europe though, becasue I'm European.

I LOVE ICELAND!

Lol I didn't notice this before but Australia is in the poll...

LOLZ!!!!!!!!!!!

Serious?

What food does Australia have that is famous and iconic? Sausage Roll? Meat Pies? BBQ?

Culturally, Australia shares a  lot in common with Europe and North America due to it's history. Geographically, Australia, in my opinion, should be classified in "Asia."

The inability of any other nation to create something resembling a decent Meat Pie is the reason why Australia wins this thread.

Ultimately North America. Aside from being North American, out of all of North America, there's nothing i find objectionable. Aside from American food in all its glory, Central American and Caribbean food and drink is also very good by and large.

Europe second, Asia third. Europe falls back because although they have Italy, Spain, Greece, and Germany, Europe is also burdened with Eastern Europe, with Poland and Ukraine (and Polish is probably the one ethnicity i can most claim as my own, but that doesn't stop me from disliking their food wholeheartedly)

Hopefully somewhere near Vegas.  Ohio hogs the good pizza places as it is.

I miss that about Ohio.  Romeo's which I wouldn't even consider the best goes into Italy and wins prizes.
