It's very difficult to awnser objectively a question like that, the only way to really know it's to travel all the world for a vary long time. As an italian, it seems more natural to me to say italy, but thera are many other dishes from outside europe that I like and don't know enough about like Indian,Thai,Chinese and Japanese.
From what I know I'll say more specifically south-europe; Italian, spanish, greek and french are my favourites.
