Ultimately North America. Aside from being North American, out of all of North America, there's nothing i find objectionable. Aside from American food in all its glory, Central American and Caribbean food and drink is also very good by and large.
Europe second, Asia third. Europe falls back because although they have Italy, Spain, Greece, and Germany, Europe is also burdened with Eastern Europe, with Poland and Ukraine (and Polish is probably the one ethnicity i can most claim as my own, but that doesn't stop me from disliking their food wholeheartedly)
