...and most Sony fans arent totally blinded nor ridiculous. Have a good night!

And most Nintendo/MS fans don't seem to be butthurt by these recent sales!

I have a suspicious feeling that both of you are being sarcastic :-S

I was actually being serious.

Very true! America isn't everything but it certainly is big...you have to remember though that right now Others and Japan can make up the gap in America but what happens when that gap gets a lot bigger? Wii and 360 will only go up in America and the gap will get a lot bigger. Also Others and Japan may be PS3 land right now but again Kinect and huge Wii things(Red Wii, D.K.C.R) have yet to be released and that gap in Japan and Others should shrink...All I am saying is that Sony already played almost everything with only G.T.5 left while Microsoft and Nintendo still have a good amount left. I could be wrong but in my opinion the PS3 will be #3 this Holiday for sure but with that said I see PS3 outselling the 360 Worldwide in lifetime sales with 2011 being the starting point of PS3>360

No doubt, America is huge when it comes to the Holiday season. And while the 360 and Wii will certainly do much better there than the PS3, the PS3 will still be doing reasonably well. Enough to put up a decent fight Worldwide.

Japan, could go any way. Kirby was expected to boost the Wii. It didn't. Mario Collection was expected to. It didn't. (Move was expected to boost PS3 there... It didn't).

EMEAA, even with Kinect and Red Wii/DKC, we're gonna see big numbers from PS3 there. Possibly the biggest over the Holidays just judging from recent sales.

Just so you know, I also have the PS3 in 3rd place over the last 10 weeks. i think Kinect will just push the 360 past PS3, and the Wii will have the typical holiday boosts it always has (But a far smaller one this year).

The sad thing is that the PS3 is #1 so far this Holiday with 243K against 188K and 185K...and the PS3 should be #1 next week and the week after. So I think the PS3 will be #1 the first 3 weeks of the Holiday then fall in the end which is odd since by the time the first 3 weeks are over PS3 should have a 100K plus lead but I still think it will be #3 in the end.

CGI as you claim to be an abassader of both consoles (yes I know you faovur Sony) I find your recent posts/ behaviour? very unhelpful and telling. There is just this nagging gut feeling I have you're thrilled PS3 is thrashing 360 (good for you) and you show such clear passion and excitment for Sony, had this been in MS's favour, all we would have gotten from you was "that's great for Microsoft ", what Kowen said was true, just my opinion.

I wish more sony fans were gracious in victory, like Carl, Kantor, GodofWar.

Some people's true colours have come out these past few days, and it's pretty ugly.

I am thrilled with PS3's numbers, it's doing good and I want to see it continue to do good. But my main problem I have with your view, the only real problem I've ever had with you, is that you're so black and white. There's a such thing as having a preference, cheering on that preference, and not downing the competition. That's me. I haven't knocked anything in here, going even as far as proping the 360's US numbers, but yet it's still not enough.

It's not about "true colors" all the time Seece, in fact, that's a narrow way of looking at things in my view. Seeing as I own all consoles, I have whatever right to speak about them as I please, so long as it's reasonable and civil. You quote me as being "unhelpful," or whatever, but ignore true trouble causing posters such as Kowenicki and Atma. It says that you have a personal problem with specific posters (which looking at your recent battles, I'm sure of it).

You're a decent guy most of the time Seece and I have a good amount of respect for you and what you have contributed to this site, you just need to ease up on the labels. If anything, THEY really don't help much.

Really? Now we are causing trouble? lol

Let's be honest, we have all our own preferences. The difference between you and us is just that we are less hypocrite than you. By that I mean that I won't blame people for acting exactly the same way I am. If I was blaming some Sony fans here that posted exaggerated comments about this weekly sales nor refusing to see the bigger picture, it's because I've never did that in the past hundred weeks where the Wii was totally dominating the PS3 for example.

Again be honest, you would probably be the first here to blame that type of comments if for example I would have posted arrogant comments like these ones. And just to let you know trying to put things into perspective, even if you don't like it, doesnt mean downing the competition.

All in all I think it's just a matter of honesty.

Are you calling people hypocrite for making exaggerated comments?

After at every given opportunity you had you called PS Move a failure?

I don't remember having called Move a ''failure'' but that's ok if you want to put this word in my mouth. Anyway if you think 750k unit sold after a whole month a a half of sales is a success than you too should try to look at the big picture. Anyway that's another story...

ATMA WHAT IS THE BIGGER PICTURE?

You haven't told us yet

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

True, not a failure. Flop was the word you used, despite you not knowing any of Sony's expectations.

I apologize.

So, since I'm so "hypocritical" and dont see the bigger picture, explain it. What is the big picture?

The big picture I was referring to when I wrote:

Now is PS3 doing good right now? Yes. Would it be able to recover its LTD losses? Most probably not. Would it be able to get back to its lead position? No. Would it have the power to decide anything about next-gen? Hell no.

Whatever I don't think you will try to understand the whole point people like me or kowenicki bring to that forum so please don't make us waste our time furthermore.

p.s. If you still doesnt know which comments were exaggerated, read the whole thread all over again because I'm just fed up of repeating myself over and over again.

That doesnt change the numbers though.
