Is Amazon safe to order from?

I'm about to order something and I can't stop thinking

what if theres some crazy person and he comes and kills me and my family all because of amazon.

Yes it is. I've ordered many times from them without a problem.

the safest site to order from online i believe. It really is an awesome site. I pretty much order all my elctronics and games from there now. Its 100% safe. They provide you with a tracking number and everything. They even have a good customer service. 

From personal experience, I would say Amazon (the company) is safe, but I have no idea about the personal sellers (they are also listed) on amazon.

I've bought ungodly amounts of things off Amazon. My credit card is from Amazon. Yes, not only is it safe, it's much safer than buying things at an actual store.

I buy lots from Amazon but will only use the private sellers if they have very good feedback. Great site and my all time fave place to buy from.

he's not crazy he's quite sane and gets paid to do it just to keep people afraid >:D

Im hooked on Amazon, I dont even know why we need actual stores sometimes
