Smoked is right to a point. The rewards and progression structure in the game is exactly identical (a few stages, then a boss, with a few hidden stages per world, three treasures per stage, coins vs beads), though these have also been staples of previous Kirby games (sans beads, Squeak Squad functioned identically to this as well)

It's mostly the games different art and music that sets it apart, which is not at all a bad thing in my eyes

Im at world 2 so far loving it every single second, i just hope that it gets a little bit more difficult as i progress.

I wish it'd have been out in time for the TRU deal. :(

Waiting to see if amazon follows through with something similar before I snag it... ugh, waiting is HARD.

Finally got it and played a bit last night.  

Gotta say, not loving it.  It's good, but I'm not loving it.  Could be this game is too cute and kiddie even for me.   I'll wait until I get further in and play some two player to make a judgement but I might just give this one to my young niece & nephew.

Also, I miss the stealing (and mixing!) of powers.   Not the Kirby I really wanted.

I didn't get it yet because I'm working through Metroid Other M and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow (mixed with some StarCraft II multiplayer).

Maybe I'll put it in my Christmas wish list along with Donkey Kong Country Returns.

played through it all in one go, it was amazing,the music is just incredible, now time to 100% it. I can say this is now my second favorite game of this year( smg 2 being the first) . 

The train was... annoying. A poorly implemented Canvas Curse rip

On the flip side, i loved me some Squashini. Bitchin' boss fight

Im digging it so far, but I do hope it gets harder!
