Actually I think I may have understood him wrong. I don't think he believes it to be a 1:1:1 ratio because that would just be stupid on SONY's part since many will buy a 2nd Move.

The Move requires the Eye, although not the Nav. I doubt they made 500k Navigators. I would guess 250k Nav, 500k Eye and 750k Move. Eye numbers only higher than Nav because it is bundled. Remember that 500k people MINIMUM have the PSEye thanks to EyePet, plus what about Eye of Judgement?

Actually Eye numbers could be lower since I don't think the bundle includes a game in Europe right?

In EU they probably had a bigger amount of people they could have sold stand alone controllers to, which in turn could also definitely mean that the "unique userbase" could be bigger than the 470k VGC states.

There's no way vgchartz is significantly under tracking Move in Europe, we'd see Sports Champions et all in the PAL charts (chart-track etc.) if they were. The 1.5 million figure is hugely inflated somehow, probably a combination of talking "shipped", and counting each component unit (Move controller, navigation controller, PSEye).
