Geeze, Sony fanboy Hus is wishing death to the Wii and EA for supporting the Wii over in the "EA playing catch up on the Wii" and now PS360 is having a mental break down because the Wii is picking up the most exclusives.  One could moralize about it only being video games but then people riot and burn cars when their favorite sport team wins or loses the championship so I suppose exploding on forums is a better if still annoying way of dealing with your champion system losing.  Even so its freaking video games people, nothing to lose your dignity over. 

Anyways, to keep with the point of this thread there's a nother Wii exclusive RPG that was just announced so the Wii keeps on its roll.

My comments were true and claiming they are flawed doesn't make them so, they are only flawed unless proven to be so. You need to understand that just because someone hates the Wii doesn't give you the right to attack them, they hate it..Accept it as their right and move on. Logic against the Wii is NOT flawed, unless you can prove it, and attacking them isn't proving it. Do unto others as you want done to yourself, both with real life as well as online. This is directed at everyone participating in the slugfest. Don't be a braggart if you don't want to stomach the same. Don't act like you're always right if you aren't (and who is?). Don't insult other people's preferences or perspectives if you don't want your own tarnished. Don't ignore other people and their statements if you don't want to be ignored yourself. I personally have no problem talking courteously to any of you as long as you attempt to offer the same respect in return. Whether your opinions are Pro-Wii, Pro-360, or Pro-PS3, we're all capable of showing them in a respectable manner that won't forcefully insult anyone else. Remember, in the end, being "the one who was right" doesn't always mean anything. And going back on track, I look forward to know what the companies are offering on the Wii and DS in the next few months. Capcom's 4th unannounced Wii game, Konami's unannounced Wii RPG, Nippon Ichi's unannounced Wii and DS games, and Square-Enix's upcoming party next month as well. Now if I could get a few Armored Core or mainstream Gundam games on Wii I'd probably be all set. :) I do think one thing we can agree on is that this generation will be far more interesting from a perspective of difference than probably any previous "console wars" generation we've ever known. This is coming from someone who started on Atari then "went hardcore" on Commodore 64. :)

The first one could, the 360 is at 6 million US and has 9 months to get to 11, and with some huge titles it could get there. The second could also happen, the Wii is way behind the 360 in america and won't catch it this year and if it doesn't catch it by the end of 2008 it won't at all. Notice I said america, not world. The 3rd is more on a prayer than a fact....Maybe I should change it to I pray the PS3 outsells the wii by 2009?

If the Wii can get a good selection of "core" game titles to add to it's "non-core" collection, the Wii might be able to close the gap a bit, at best, in the 4th Quarter of this year. The Wii will, at best, be moderately behind on the "core" level because of Halo 3 and GTA IV, but if Nintendo can get either of their big "core" games, Metroid Prime 3 or Super Smash Brothers Brawl, then it can probably throw off some of the 360's "core" momentum, but definitely not all of it. I admit odds are iffy-poor though, because of the big selection of core titles for 360. Where the Wii will blow right by the 360 is the "non-core" category, if they can keep the momentum up in that end, I can see the Wii pulling a bit ahead in the holiday season, best case scenario, but anything more I think is unrealistic. The big questions will be momentum with the games, hardware production, and online. Those are both the serious factors that will determine how well the Wii compares to the 360 this holiday season. Post holiday season is way too hard to guess, I'm not really aware of many planned titles for either platform past Christmas. Speaking of online, we know it goes through Gamespy, but they haven't been exactly clear on how the code system will work. And toss into the mix that the company that made Xfire (pc game-chat program) has indirectly acknowledged that they're working with Nintendo. The Wii may end up being a big flop online, however we won't start to have any idea what direction they're taking until May 25th, methinks, when Mario Soccer Wii launches in Europe (online title). Personally one of my most anticipated titles is Fire Emblem Wii. :) Btw, I'm only referring to North America.

You haven't exactly stated many "facts" to be disputed.  Most of what you say are opinions.  That said, you were wrong that Japan doesn't matter, and I think that is obvious considering 2 of the 3 new consoles (and 4 out of 5 including handhelds) are made by Japanese companies and most of the top selling games are Japanese both all-time and recently.  No need to be cocky about how Japan doesn't matter just because you apparently don't like any of the biggest developers.
