Well they said the release was considered for this year, but not enough systems could be made.

I'm interested in how 15 Million games in total can be sold from Launch games in a Month.

Well it depends on the number of launch games and their respective popularity.

Is there a launch list yet?

I can't exactly confirm this for you yet but I read from another site that Kid Icarus and Paper Mario are confirmed Launch 3DS games. That's all I know so far.

15 / 4 = 3.75 gamers each.  Even the current DS has a higher attach ratio than that. 

If they hit the 4 million hardware mark, they will almost certainly top the 15 million software mark.
