after seeing what LBP2 can do (and it's only in beta) It's pretty much the next natural step, by 3D I don't mean needing 3D glasses or whatever but the shift from 2D to 3D. I think it  just makes so much sense, remember kids, you heard it hear first!

i dont know, one of the reasons im not attracted to lbp2 is because its mainly all minigames, i would have preffered if it focused on an area.

so maybe when it comes out the game we currently play will be considered as mini games :P, so maybe it wont be as cool as were predicting!

Wouldn't a 3d universe kind of defeat a lot of what this game is though?  The simplicity of the game, yet still having a lot of challenges to it are what make it so cool.  If you make it into a 3d universe, it'd really be nothing more than a lot of games out there.
