I was kinda unexcited after seeing the E3 trailer. But not anymore.

By the way, why are they not using Retro's logo in these trailers?

Actually, this decade is 9 years and 9 months old.  We have 3 months left before we start a new decade.

The first year of the modern calendar started as year 1, not year 0.  New milleniums work the same way.

Then how come there was a big celebration for the coming of the 21st century with 2000, the new decade, and no party whatsoever with 2001?

One could even make an argument that 2010 is the best year for platformers ever! If I said something like that during the PS2/GCN/Xbox days, I would be promptly be shown the door. "Nonsense!" they would say, "Platformers are behind us now. It's time to look towards the future!"

Well the future is here and platforming has made a fantastic rebound this generation, to the point where even 2D Platformers are thriving. It's a wonderful time to be a platformer fan. ^_^

I mean, just look at my most anticipated games... it doesn't get much better than that.
