I'm suprised number is so low. I'd expect more around 98-99%. Sometimes watching this site on pentium IV or netbook is real torture.

Hmm remembered of this thread, and, am I the only one who's fighting with the website to make it work properly? Sometimes I have to refresh twice to load a page. And no my PC is not the problem.

For me the site usually seems fine, exept when I load it up right after starting firefox. However I see a lot of you mentioning adverts, which I don't seem to get... for me atleast there isn't a single advert on the entire site unless you count the numerous product related images in peoples sigs and such.

That's probably from the 2.0 days, though this site is still slower than most others.

By the way, Alexa isn't particularly reliable. Quantcast is better; it's directly quantified and completely accurate. It's also what ioi uses.

It says it has 25% girl viewers. I'm not sure I'm buying that, but then they do have a lot information.

This site is very slow. Sometimes it takes over 5 minutes to load and I end up just going to other sites because this site just takes too long.

I find it slow on my blackberry, but very fast on my PC

It performs both fast and slow for me, it varies. It crawls forward when there's a lot of traffic but it performs very well most of the time imo.
