Forums - Nintendo - Mario will turn 25 next Monday and Nintendo has registred a logo

Sorry if this was posted before. And I could quote my source but it's in Spanish.

Well, I don't know what can I say, it's not Monday yet but I think some veteran gamers will probably shed a tear of nostalgia. Here's the logo:

I like it.

I'm disappoint that its a direct port from the SNES version.

Lazy Nintendo is lazy. >.>

That is an amazing icon. I would like to see official word from Nintendo though. I would have expected something showing a bit more "evolution in Mario" than just a straight up oldschool version, but it looks very nice!

You have great english by the way.

C03n, I think you mean NES, not SNES.

Quiet you fool! Don't say anything bad about Nintendo!  The Nintendo Inquisition will getcha!

Seriously though.  I totally agree with you.  Watch the damn thing still cost $50.

I thought there was only a SNES version of All-Stars?

The logo is from NES, but the link is talking about a version of All-Stars on Wii, to come with a book and CD.
