So 360 stays at 95 k for both EMEEA and US. Oh man, normal numbers can't comeback soon enough for me. The worst part is that 360 still have Halo reach which will cause a major boost...

The majority of this generation has seen the 360 outselling the PS3, so what are your "normal" numbers?

I think it will grow a lot more next year too.

I wonder if it will get to the point where we can start using seperate consoles in comparisons. Actually, we're already doing it now that 360 Slim is doing well. Which is good IMO, since I never saw the point in combining two seperate consoles just to prove a point, whether it be "ZOMG Wii to outsell the HDTwins Combined!" or "ZOMG HD Consoles >>> Wii!". I don't think combining any console with another does either one justice.

After all, we're all going to be the "motion sensing consoles" pretty soon. I can already feel the love.

I think PS3 and Wii are proving that as well though.


If anything it proved you need America to win ... lower sales of the wii in America.... or raise sales of the PS3 in America... or lower sales of the Xbox 360 in America...

Let me specify:

Nintendo Wii:  34.6 million out of 73.7 million consoles sold were in America ( 47% of total world sales- nearly half! )

Sony PS3:  14.9 million  out of 37.3 million consoles sold were in America ( 40% of total world wide sales )

Xbox 360:  26.6 million out of 42.7 million consoles sold were in America ( 62% of total world wide sales )

If you lose or gain sales in America it could definately change your game by ALOT

To see the 360 that high is not normal in my opinion, come on excluding Japan it's selling like (better than) the Wii.

It is quite amazing when you think about it that year over year 360 is up by so much without even having an official price cut for what 2 years? In fact the prices went up at least here in UK.

It makes me wonder if MS planned to do a price drop with the new slim but backed out near to it's announcement. Because as soon as sales start to decline they have that card still to play. They can also play it if/when Wii or PS3 has a price cut.  

You can't deny MS really do have this gen by the balls right now.
