Forums - Nintendo - HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZELDA!!!!! (and Link)(and Samus) (and others)

These'll be US dates, I think?

Zelda's Japanese release was 21st February, 1986. So it'll be Zelda's 25th birthday in 2011 in Japan. Thinking about it, Skyward Sword could be part of a 25th anniversary celebration for Zelda in Japan. It'd be one way to drum up hype and market the game.

Stupid question about the birthdays... Which release do they count? Japan, US?

I'm pretty positive these are U.S. release dates, however some dates might be the same for US and Europe.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

By the way happy birthday Nintendo games (with all their franchise and games, you could celebrate every month and every weeks).

Last but not least as MrT-Tar i really hope can get really nice stuff in 4 years for the 125th anniversary of big N

But we must first concentrate ourselves on the way to entertain people, for video games to live. Else, it's a world where sales representative will win, which has as effect to kill creativity. I want to say to the creators all around the world:"Courage, Dare!". Shigeru Miyamoto.
