Because the game is boring and repetitive, the only good thing about it is the soundtrack, it doesn't deserve the buzz or anything it is getting at all.
- Wasteland - The Mission.
Nonsense, its selling at par with TvC. And Wii fans consider that a big hit!
Any talk of why NMH2 bombed so hard? Or what about S&P2?
There must be some reason all these core games bomb on the Wii. Or we should atleast hear an excuse.

Treasure games never sell to massive audiences. I don't think they've ever had a million-seller. I might be overlooking something, but Treasure's titles are usually cult and hardcore titles.
And frankly, how many hardcore gamers are there that routinely play the Wii? Like 50? *
*Sarcasm. Please hold your flaming for later.

NMH2 has a point, simply because the question can be asked as to why its underperforming per its predecessor, though that seems to be quite common on Wii (Shaun White, RE Shooters, Sonic Storybook Series, Boom Blox, and even Galaxy 2 can attest to successors underperforming predecessors), but Sin and Punishment should be grateful for anything it gets, frankly. We're talking a new depth of niche for that one.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
No the Director's thoughts were not interesting at all. He never stated that the reason people buy first person shooters are for the Multiplayer. It's too late to release a game like this with no multiplayer. Secondly, he states that the game should have been multiplatform, like that guarantees hits. It does not and many games multiplatform games have bombed, like Dark Void and Bionic Commando.
Instead of looking for excuses, the director should have been thinking of ways to make the game better. There is a reason that this game was ignored. It's not because there are no gamers on the Wii. Call of Duty games do fine on the system. There is more logical reason than playing the blame game.
I wonder will IGN do and Interview to see why Family Friendly games do not sell well on the HD systems. I know they will never do that. They like to propagate the myth that every game sells on the HD systems and third party games do not sell well on the Wii.

If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba

There is, I wanted Monster Hunter 3 instead.
“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
