Not true either. Even the green special edition Halo 3 console didn't bundle Halo 3. The game bundles came well after the game launch. Because if there was a bundle at the time, I would have bought it.


The green Halo consol didn't come with the game but there was a halo 3 bundle because I know people who bought it. Also yeah I was wrong about GT5P not being bundled. I couldn't remember seeing any of them and a quick search of the internet showed up nothing.

You're wrong, there was no Halo 3 bundle at release. Why the hell would they bundle it with a regular console and not the green one? You're friends that bought bundled halo 3 units are not real.

That's a few weeks after launch and Europe only.

Just move on. You got caught making up facts and being partially right on one part of a statement while being dead wrong about everything else doesn't make you sound like less of a fool.

You tried to make it sound like Halo 3 got most of its sales from bundles and GT5P got none from bundles. That statement is flat out wrong.



Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.

Honestly reach will outsell GT5 but thats because of Sony. Sony are no good at marketing games. If they want GT5 to sell like it used to then they need to market the game like they used to and so far I'm seeing nothing from them. It will still sell great especially here in europe but not enough to outsell Reach.

GT5 Prologue shipped around 300K last quarter

GT4 has crossed 11 Million Shipped now and they shipped around 100K copies of GT4 last quarter

They shipped 50K copies of GT4 PROLOGUE last quarter yes GRAN TURISMO FOUR Prologue......unbelievable I know, I almost choked on my popcorn when I saw GT4 Prologue is still being shipped!

This is the kind of longevity the GT franchise has.

Outselling Reach isn't a guarantee but as long as GT5 isn't the lowest selling GT game, its proof it hasn't lost its luster. And GT5 should manage that because if GT5 PROLOGUE is anything to go by the franchise has far from lost its luster.

SONY will Market this game, they have to, they aren't dumb enough to let this opportunity go, this is the post 2009 SONY not the 2007 one, so I am confident they aren't dumb enough to not market it heavily.

I still remember hearing that Metal Gear Solid lost it's touch. Look at MGS4's numbers vs MGS3's numbers.

Now sure, it's not proof of anything, but it does put things in perspective, especially when the "luster-losing" Gran Turismo has a Prologue that sold 4.95mill. Will Reach outsell it, it's possible & probable. And I agree on Sony's marketing being lack luster this gen, though GT5 is still a little under 3 months away.
As with most things, it's a waiting game but I personally think GT5 will clear 10mill when all is said and done.

I hope your right. The game deserves to sell at least that amount. Hopefully Sony will start getting there stuff together soon and market the game properly. I remember seeing 5 or 6 ads a day on TV advertising Gran Turismo 4 weeks before it came out. Casuals won't buy something they don't know exists.
