bleh might as well post. Almost all huge games sell about half of their first 10 weeks sales on week 1. So I'll just use VG chartz week one predictions, double, subtract a few due to black ops and bam 8mil. Too bad I'm late.

Halo: Reach first week sales around 4 million. First month should be around 7 million. Halo: Reach should sell 10 million before the end of the year. 15 weeks to close out 2010 including Black Friday sales and Xmas sales period late November and the whole of December. 10 million is possible before the end of 2010. 6 million to go over 15 weeks is around 400k per week average.  

Ltd sales for Halo: Reach should exceed 12 million and become the highest selling Halo game of all time. Halo 3 holds that record of 11.1million and counting. Halo: Reach may eventually outsell Halo 3 and reach 12 million sales.

Looks like i'm gonna be way off for my prediction

So we're at 5,544,391 in four weeks.

If Reach, by some chance, kept selling what it sold this week (~258,000) for the remainder of the 6 weeks, we'd see a total of 7,092,391 at week 10. That's pretty darn close to my prediction. NinjaBlade360 would be especially happy. ^_^

Also, I kind of feel bad for the guys that are crossed out just because they're too low. I think we can safely cross out those who have it over ten million without fear of being wrong.

I think 6.7 ish would be a better prediction at this point...nice sales nevertheless...and 'm pretty sure we can cut off everyone above 8mil also...
